MIAB is looking for a Team Leader for our area in Southern Hälsingland.

In the role of Team Leader, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning services. You will staff with substitutes as needed and ensure that both customers and staff have a good day at work!

The position involves customer contact, which places high demands on the sense of service with care, which is also MIAB's guiding principle.

In this role, you will also perform cleaning services to some extent at our customers' locations during your workday if required. You are flexible and always ready to step in as a cleaner if needed to ensure delivery to the customer. You will work alongside colleagues in the same position and report to the Operations Manager.

The job also involves working in our systems, which require computer skills within the Office suite.

Language requirement for the position: Swedish

The Swedish language is a requirement, with the ability to speak, read, and communicate in simple language.

About you:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You find it easy to work both individually and in a team. Leadership training is also an asset, as is previous experience in cleaning, service, or personnel-intensive businesses.

A Class B driver's license (manual driving license) is a requirement for the position
